The following table provides the information requested in relation to employees of my Department. The rates are determined by the Department of Finance.
The A, B and C rates in the table also apply to local authority officers.
The subsistence rates payable to non-officers is a matter for each local authority. Such payments would only arise infrequently: it is understood that where they do, payment would be at the class C rate or lower.
