72 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite the issue of a file plan for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the person is in severe financial hardship. [19610/96]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these applications for copy folios and file plans were lodged on 23 May 1996 and 7 September 1996. I understand the applications have been expedited by the Land Registry and that it is expected the copy folio and file plan in respect of Folio 5011 will be issued in two weeks and in respect of Folio 5005 in six weeks.
