I propose to take Questions Nos. 90 to 107 inclusive, 122, 123 and 124 together.

Local authorities are responsible for the management, maintenance and improvement of their housing estates. My Department recently approved under section 108 of the Housing Act, 1966 the proposal of Wexford County Council to use internal capital receipts not required for their local authority housing programme up to a limit of £400,000, phased over this year and next, to meet the cost of improvement works proposed by the council to the housing estates at Crossfarnogue Villas, Kilmore Quay; Pugin Park, Tagoat; Monastery Avenue, Taghmon and Lakelands Estate, Bridgetown. There are no proposals before my Department for the other estates referred to.
