294 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when integrated pollution control licensing will be applied to pig production; the schedule of application of IPC licensing; when all activities specified in statute law will become licensable; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I intend shortly to make an order which will substantially complete the commencement of licensing for all established activities.
