Written Answers. - Rural Environment Protection Scheme.
This applicant's participation in the scheme was terminated following the disclosure that an invalid lease had been submitted with his application. The matter is currently the subject of an appeal to the REPS appeals committee. An on-farm visit is being organised as part of the appeal process. The appeal will be considered following the receipt of the report of the on-farm visit.
