Richard Bruton
Question:147 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Finance the compensation, if any, paid to farmers in the Moy catchment area where arterial drainage resulted in the heaping of spoil on adjacent land thereby rendering it useless for agricultural use; the arrangements, if any, the Office of Public Works has made to spread this spoil and recover with topsoil in order to render the land useful again; and, if so, the circumstances in which they will provide this service.
