121 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources further to Parliamentary Question No. 112 of 11 May 1999, the progress, if any, made in relation to payments due to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny under the forest premium scheme; if all outstanding information has been received by his Department; and the outcome of the inspection of the plantation. There is no change in the position as set out in my reply to a parliamentary question dated 17 February 1999. The parliamentary question referred to by the Deputy did not relate to the person in question. The required documentation has still not been received in the forest service of my Department.
