Written Answers. - House Prices.
My Department does not produce average house prices for semi-detached houses, but compiles overall price averages for all house types. The following table indicates average new and second-hand house prices in 1992 and 1995 for the entire country. Average prices for the year 2000 will not be available till the end of the year.
