Patents (Amendment) Bill, 1999: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to give effect to certain provisions of the agreement on trade-related aspects of intellectual property rights annexed to the agreement establishing the World Trade Organisation and to give further effect to the European Patent Convention and for those purposes to amend and extend the Patents Act, 1992, and to provide for related matters.
