Question:144 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive 1999 cattle headage and premia payments. [17939/00]

The person named claimed 18.16 hectares on a commonage in a particular townland as part of his 1999 area aid application, but has only supplied proof to support an entitlement to 7.46 hectares on this commonage. The herdowner has been contacted in this regard and no payments can issue until this matter is satisfactorily resolved.
