274 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a schedule in the Land Commission will be completed for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact the necessary documents were lodged in 1990. [23513/00]
I am informed by the registrar of titles that this application refers to a transmission on death which is associated with a Land Commission vesting order.
I am further informed that the lands in question comprise approximately 57 plots and are part of a complex exchange and re-arrangement affecting approximately 17 folios-titles. The Land Registry will treat the matter as urgent but it should be noted that as this case is highly detailed, it is possible that queries may arise, which would fall to be dealt with by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, lands services division.
