240 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Finance if he will ensure that a derelict site at Laragh Close, The Donaghies, Dublin 13 will be transferred to the ownership of Dublin Corporation so that the ongoing mayhem and anti-social behaviour at this location will be brought to an end. [25689/00]

The site in question is in the process of being transferred to Dublin Corporation. I am advised that a draft deed of waiver is expected this week from the law agent of Dublin Corporation and when received it will enable me to expedite the transfer of the property.
