355 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when the transfer of lands from a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25639/00]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transmission on death and transfer of part which was lodged on 10 February 2000.
I am further informed that a query issued to the lodging solicitor on 9 November 2000 and that the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved.
However, I can assure the Deputy that the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible after a satisfactory reply has been received.
