374 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason Waterford Institute of Technology is refusing to release exam results to FÁS apprentices studying at the institute; and the steps he is taking to resolve this dispute which is causing difficulty for the apprentices affected by it. This matter, which has been the subject of negotiations with the TUI over the past months, has been resolved. An agreement has been reached between my Department and the TUI whereby all phase 4 assessment results will now be released.
