ICC Bank Bill, 2000: Financial Resolution.

I move:

THAT, in any Act of the present session to make provision in relation to ICC Bank public limited company, including increasing the authorised share capital of it, the disposal by the Minister for Finance of shares in it and provision in relation to certain guarantees of its borrowing, to provide for the repeal of the ICC Bank Acts, 1933 to 1997, and the provisions of certain other enactments and the revocation of certain statutory instruments and to provide for related matters, IT IS EXPEDIENT to make provision for the repeal of sections 37, 607 and 838 of the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997 (No. 39 of 1997), and section 86 of the Stamp Duties Consolidation Act, 1999 (No. 31 of 1999) in so far as those sections apply to ICC Bank public limited company.
