Yesterday on the Order of Business access by Members to the House was raised in view of the demonstration outside Leinster House at that time. I wish to inform the House that senior Garda management has assured my office that steps have been taken to prevent any reoccurrence of the inconvenience caused to Deputies yesterday. I understand access from Kildare House was provided to Members at all times, although not by the normal route. Any inconvenience in this regard is regretted. I pay tribute to the staff of the House for ensuring that normal working procedures were maintained in the House yesterday.
