21 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government his views on the outcome of The Hague climate change conference; if he will set out any unilateral proposals that he will implement here in relation to meeting our Kyoto climate change commitments; and his further views on when an international agreement might be reached on the implementation of this protocol.
