77 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Finance if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 139 of 6 February 2001, he will indicate the progress he has made with the Civil Service in granting a person (details supplied) a transfer; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6354/01]
The applicant in question is under consideration by the Department of Social, Community and Family Affairs for transfer to its pensions services office in Sligo. Any transfer is subject, inter alia, to the officer being satisfactory in all relevant respects, namely, as regards sick leave, conduct and general suitability.
