175 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government his Department's policy on family friendly work options; if he will report on which of the following are available to staff: flexitime; job sharing; job splitting; part-time work; term-time work; alternative work arrangements; career breaks; and the number of staff who are currently availing of each of these options. [15245/01]

My Department's policy on family friendly work options has always been to support the provision of such options and whenever possible, having regard to the requirements of service delivery, to facilitate the operation of such schemes. The following table sets out the family friendly options which are currently available.
