206 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Finance if the Commissioners of Public Works will proceed with a compulsory purchase order in relation to lands owned by Scoil Chearbhaill Uí Dhalaigh, Leixlip, County Kildare, to provide access to the new Garda station site at Leixlip; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It has not, nor has it ever been, the intention of the Commissioners of Public Works to compulsory purchase lands owned by Scoil Chearbhaill Uí Dhalaigh for the development of the new Garda station at Leixlip.
