248 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will review the decision to claim back an over-payment of mobility allowance made to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 22; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5416/02]
The assessment of entitlement to and payment of the mobility allowance in any individual case is a matter for the relevant health board. My Department has therefore asked the regional chief executive, Eastern Regional Health Authority, to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
