403 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation the capital projects financed by his Department in County Kerry which commenced or were completed in 2001; the amount of money in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5723/02]
All allocations of grant aid from my Department to organisations in County Kerry in 2001 towards capital projects were made under the sports capital programme. This national lottery funded programme provides funding to voluntary sporting and community organisations at local, regional and national level throughout the country towards the provision of sport and recreational facilities. The allocations to Kerry under the 2001 programme are contained in the following statement.
