134 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she is aware of a decision from the Competition Authority on the transfer of all over-the-counter bill paying services to the post office network. [7952/02]
I have not received a decision from the Competition Authority on this matter. Decisions by the Competition Authority would be conveyed to the party concerned, in this case, An Post. My Department is not a party to the contract in question. I have no statutory function in the matter.
