169 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department will expedite an application for registration (details supplied) in the Land Registry Office; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12531/02]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these two dealings referred to by the Deputy refer to applications for transfer of part. Dealing number D1999XS000371R was lodged on the 18 January 1999 and dealing number D2001XS007247R was lodged on 27 July 2001.
I am further informed that these applications are associated with earlier dealings which are under query and they cannot proceed until these queries are satisfactorily resolved. I am also informed that dealings take priority as of the date of lodgment of a dealing and that the earlier dealings will have to be completed first. However, I can assure the Deputy, that on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
