236 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the progress in relation to Parliamentary Question No. 223 of 3 October 2001; and if his Department can confirm if the medical and autopsy reports have been issued by the authorities in Sousse, Tunisia. [13413/02]

I can confirm that the autopsy report has now been received from the authorities in Sousse, Tunisia, by my Department and was forwarded to the family yesterday.
