I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for Conversion of Title which was lodged on 27 May 2002. Dealing Number D2002SM005032B refers. I am further informed that the application was completed on 11 June 2002.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for a copy map was lodged on 30 May 2002 and completed on 14 June 2002. I am further informed that the copy map was issued on 14 June 2002.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that no copy map application has been received for the folio number mentioned. I am further informed that on receipt of an application and Land Registry fees of €25 the matter will receive prompt attention in the Land Registry.
