311 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will arrange home help for persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and the reason this couple are being informed that they do not fulfil the dependency criteria when their application is being supported by medical advice. As the Deputy will be aware, the provision of health services in the Kilkenny area is the responsibility of the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the South Eastern Health Board to investigate the matter raised and reply direct to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
