Question:206 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if the legal agreement between the South Eastern Health Board and a person (details supplied) will be examined by a senior official within his Department to determine if the agreement has been fulfilled as agreed between both parties; the amount of compensation which has been paid; the part-time position which has been offered; the amount the case has cost in legal fees to date; if the costs are ongoing; and if his Department approves of the course of action taken or being taken by the South Eastern Health Board relative to best practice and costs.
