352 Mr. Boyle asked the Minister for Transport the international conventions which exist for the State having liability for intentional damage caused to civilian and military aircraft by an individual, or grouping of individuals. [6156/03]

There are no international conventions concerning State liability arising from intentional damage caused to civilian aircraft by an individual, or grouping of individuals.

The question of damage to military aircraft is not a matter for my Department.
