257 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance when a C2 will be restored to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who has discharged all their liabilities to the Revenue Commissioners and in whose case loss of a C2 will lead to at least six job losses; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that, given the taxpayer's improved tax compliance position, arrangements are being made to issue a C2 certificate to them.
