94 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science the plans in place regarding the disposal of the educational equipment in a school (details supplied) in County Sligo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11192/03]
The school is a voluntary secondary school and is privately owned and managed. My Department is satisfied that it did not fund the equipment in question. Therefore, given the status of the school, it is the responsibility of its board of management to dispose of the equipment.
