183 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when registration will be completed by the Land Registry on an application on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14159/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged on 26 March 2003. Dealing number D2003PS005648T refers.
I understand that due to the complicated nature of these type of cases, it is not possible to estimate a date of completion at this time. However, I can assure the Deputy that the dealing is receiving attention in the Land Registry and will be completed as soon as possible.
