294 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will sanction two and a half hours per week for a resource teacher for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny based on the assessment carried out on the person by the South-Eastern Health Board; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has received an application for resource teaching support for the pupil referred to by the Deputy. The application is being examined and contact will be made with the school in question in due course.
