Vol. 569 No. 3

Written Answers. - Public Transport.

Róisín Shortall

Question:

358 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Transport the reasons for his decision not to allow Bus Éireann pick up passengers at locations (details supplied); if his attention has been drawn to the fact that passengers have been seriously inconvenienced and left on the road-side as a result; the economic or service grounds on which this can be justified; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17426/03]

The position on this matter is set out in the reply which I gave to Question No. 353 on 20 May 2003.
