439 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will examine the inappropriate placement of a person (details supplied) in the psychiatric unit of St. James Hospital, Dublin; his views on the allegations made by this person's family; the steps that are being taken to find this person a placement appropriate to their needs; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
