Waste Management (Amendment) Bill 2003: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the law relating to waste management, and in particular to amend the waste management Acts with regard to the procedure for the making of waste management plans, the collection of waste and the imposition of charges for waste services.
