I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Planning and Development (Planning Enforcement) General Policy Directive 2013,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 11th January, 2013, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(4)(j), which, not later than 7th February, 2013, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
