Retention of Newborn Screening Cards Bill 2013: First Stage

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act in the public interest, to amend the Data Protection Act 1988, as amended by the Data Protection Act 2003, to provide for the retention of newborn screening cards, and certain related matters.
