No. 1 is a Money Bill and, therefore, appears first on the Order Paper. In fact, it concerns the Minister for Industry and Commerce and we propose, therefore, to take No. 2, the Local Government Bill; then No. 3; and then No. 1 and No. 4 consecutively. The Minister for Industry and Commerce will be here for the Factories Bill. Therefore, the order will be Nos. 2, 3, 1 and 4.
