Bill entitled an Act to make further provision in relation to the supply of and payment for drugs and medicines and medical and surgical appliances in accordance with arrangements made by health boards, to amend the Tobacco (Health Promotion and Protection) Act, 1988, and the Health (Nursing Homes) Act, 1990, and to provide for related matters.
