Freedom of Information Act: Motion.

I move:

That Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:

Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Prescribed Bodies) (No. 2) Regulations, 2002

copies of which were laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 18 October, 2002."
