Vol. 171 No. 8

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Morrissey that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to report on the viability of Courthall, Belgree Road, Hollystown, an eight bed acute assessment and treatment centre for child psychiatric services.

I have also received notice from Senator Finucane of the following matter:

To ask the Minister for Health and Children if he will provide initial funding of €500,000 to provide a radiotherapy service for the mid-west region.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
