I move:
That Seanad Éireann—
(1) notes the Progress Report of the Joint Committee on Investigations, Oversight and Petitions which was laid before the Seanad on 29th September, 2011; and
(2) hereby amends the Order of the Seanad of 16th June, 2011 by the substitution of "27th January, 2012" for "30th September, 2011" in paragraph (1).
