I have received notice from Senator Marie Moloney that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to explain why the national car testing service will not accept a genuine reason from a client for why he did not return for a reinspection within the time specified and why it will not give a written response to a query in this regard.
I regret that I have to rule out of order the matter raised by the Senator as the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter.
