I have received notice from Senator Rónán Mullen that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health to specify the value of any contracts for the provision of information technology services awarded by the West Northwest Hospital Group, later known as Saolta University Health Care Group, to a company (details supplied); to inform the House whether all such contracts were in compliance with all relevant HSE tendering procedures; to indicate whether or not there was any commercial connection between any member of senior management of those hospitals and the company in question; and whether all appropriate steps were taken in that event.
I have also received notice from Senator Darragh O'Brien of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to make a statement on the financial issues facing the Educate Together organisation.
I have also received notice from Senator Averil Power of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to outline when she will ensure that all primary schools are connected to high speed broadband, that all schools have the full suite of modern ICT equipment and access to curriculum-relevant digital content, and when all teachers will be given training in the use of ICT for teaching, learning and assessment.

The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to set out the reasons that any lands that are used for the proposed Dublin-Galway greenway would only be secured on a "by agreement" basis with landowners, and to outline the procedure, including the appeals process, anticipated in acquiring the lands.
I have also received notice from Senator Martin Conway of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to comment on the discontinuation of the higher certificate in business computing level 6 course by Limerick Institute of Technology in the Ennis Museum, County Clare.
I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs to make a statement in regard to ongoing funding for the Aonad Resource Centre in Ballygar, County Galway.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Mullen, Darragh O'Brien, Power and Higgins and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senators Healy Eames, Conway and Ó Clochartaigh may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
