Acting Chairman
Before we commence consideration of the Bill, during the course of an exchange yesterday afternoon which, on the whole, was good humoured, I said something to the Minister that I would like to withdraw. I said I did not trust him. I would not like him to feel I was impugning his bona fides in any way in dealing with the Bill. I withdraw the remark.
The remark was taken in the spirit it was made.
I thank the Minister. I would not like it to be on the record unchanged.
I did not take offence. It was general banter.
Thank you.
Acting Chairman
If we do not complete the Bill today it is proposed to sit on Tuesday from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. We can consider that further at the end of the meeting. We concluded our last meeting on section 191 and will resume our deliberations on section 192.
