397 Deputy Jan O’Sullivan asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason lymphatic drainage is no longer available in the Mid-West Regional Hospital to women who have had breast surgery; if she will ensure that the service is restored; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The specific questions raised by the Deputy relate to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the HSE under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to respond directly to the Deputy in this regard.
