278 Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of complaints of intimidation, threatening behaviour and verbal assault the gardaí have received or investigated from 2006 to date in 2009; the number of prosecutions ensued; the number of formal warnings and anti-social behaviour orders issued in view of these complaints; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
