159. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding agri-environment option scheme and single farm payments in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Sligo. [28864/14]
View answerThe person named was approved for participation in the 2010 Agri Environment Options Scheme with effect from 1 September 2012. Full payments have issued to the person named in respect of the 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Scheme years. Payments for the 2014 scheme year for the person named and all other AEOS 1 participants will be processed in the 4th quarter of 2014.
The application for SPS submitted by the above named in 2013, was one of those selected for inspection. Following final processing there was a deduction of €12.09 from the final payable area. Payments under this scheme issued on October 16 2013 and December 2 2013 respectively.
