42. Deputy James Bannon asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the position regarding a disability allowance in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Longford; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [16530/15]

Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection

The person concerned has been awarded a disability allowance payment with effect from 12 November 2014. First payment will be on 13 May 2015 and any arrears due will follow shortly.
